The address
Write to contact@aviator-games.radio.fm. It is the only contact address for this site. There is no contact form, because the site runs no forms at all, which the privacy page explains in more detail.
Including the page address and the specific sentence in question makes a reply much faster. For a factual correction, a link to the regulator, provider page or official document that contradicts what is published here is the single most useful thing to add.
What to write about
Corrections and outdated facts are welcome, especially where a law, a licence status, a helpline number or a tax position has changed. The same goes for anything on the page about the game that no longer matches what Spribe publishes.
Broken pages, links that lead nowhere, text that renders badly on a particular device, or anything that makes a page hard to read are all worth reporting. So are questions about how the site works, how it is funded or where a particular fact came from, which the page on method and sources covers first.
Commercial and partnership enquiries can use the same address.
What we cannot help with
We do not run a casino, hold any player accounts, or have access to anybody's balance, deposits, withdrawals or bonus. Nothing written to this address can affect an account at a gambling operator, and we cannot look one up, unlock one, release a withdrawal or restore a closed account.
If a deposit has not arrived, a withdrawal has stalled, a bonus has not credited or an account has been restricted, the route is the operator's own support first, in writing, keeping every reference number. If that fails, the complaint goes to the regulator that issued the operator's licence, and most regulators publish a complaints procedure on their own website. This is one of the practical reasons for confirming a licence on the register before depositing rather than afterwards.
We also cannot give legal, financial or tax advice, recommend what to stake, or tell anyone whether gambling is lawful in their particular situation. Those belong with a qualified professional in your own country.
Replies
We aim to answer within a few working days. That is an intention rather than a guarantee, and factual corrections tend to be dealt with first because they affect what other readers see.
If gambling has stopped being fun
This address is not a support service, and nobody here is qualified to provide one. Free, confidential help is available internationally through Gambling Therapy at gamblingtherapy.org, and national helplines are listed on the page about staying in control along with the account tools and self-exclusion schemes that apply in each country.
