Who is responsible
The site is aviator-games.radio.fm. Questions about this policy or about data go to contact@aviator-games.radio.fm, which is the only address the site operates.
What this site collects
Directly, nothing. There is no registration, no login, no newsletter, no comment system and no contact form. No account can be created here because there is nothing to create an account for.
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no fingerprinting script. There is no cookie banner because there is no consent to collect, which the cookie policy covers in full.
Hosting and server logs
The site is served through a hosting and content delivery provider. Like every web server, that infrastructure records technical information when a page is requested: the IP address making the request, the time, the page requested, the referring page if the browser sends one, and the browser and operating system identification string.
These logs exist for delivering the site, keeping it available, and defending it against attacks and abuse. They are generated by the hosting provider rather than collected by us, and they are retained according to that provider's own schedule. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in operating a website securely.
We do not read these logs to build a picture of individual visitors, and nothing in them is combined with any other source to identify anybody. There is no profile of any reader of this site anywhere, because the site contains no mechanism that would create one and no purpose it would serve.
If you email us
An email sent to the address above is kept for as long as it takes to deal with it, plus a reasonable period in case the same subject comes up again. The content is used only to reply. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is not passed to anybody else or used for marketing.
Email reaches us through an ordinary mail provider, which processes the message in the course of delivering it, exactly as it would any other correspondence. If you would rather not send personal details, a correction can be reported without them: the page address and the sentence in question are usually all that is needed.
Links to other sites
Some links on this site lead elsewhere, including to gambling operators, regulators and support organisations. Links to operators are promotional and are marked as such, which the terms page sets out alongside the rest of the disclosure.
Once a link is followed, the destination site applies its own privacy policy and its own cookies, and this policy stops applying. Operator sites in particular set cookies, run analytics and collect account data, all of which is outside our knowledge and control. Reading their policies before registering is worth the few minutes it takes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal data about you, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because this site holds no personal data beyond emails sent to it voluntarily, a request will usually be answered by confirming that nothing is held.
For data in the hosting provider's server logs, the request is better directed at that provider, and we will say who it is if asked. Any request to us should go to the address above, and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It knowingly collects no information from children, and because it collects nothing from anybody, there is nothing to delete. Gambling itself is restricted to adults, and the page on staying in control covers device-level blocking for shared computers and phones.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever adds something that processes data, this policy will be updated before that happens rather than afterwards, and the date at the top of the page will change. Questions go through the contact page, and the page on method and sources explains how the rest of the site is maintained.
