There is one address for everything on this site and a real person reads it. Corrections are the most useful thing anybody can send, particularly on provincial or licensing facts, because those change faster than anything else written here.

Where to write

Write to contact@aviator-games.radio.fm. It is the only contact address this site operates. There is no contact form, because the site runs no forms of any kind, which the privacy notice describes in more detail.

Quoting the page address and the exact sentence in question makes a reply far faster. For a factual correction, a link to the regulator, the provider page or the official document that contradicts what is published here is the single most useful thing to attach.

What to write about

Corrections and stale facts are welcome, above all where a provincial rule, a registration status, a helpline number or a tax position has moved. The same goes for anything on the page about the game that no longer matches what Spribe publishes on its own site.

Broken pages, links that lead nowhere, text that renders badly on a particular device, or anything else that makes a page hard to read are all worth reporting. So are questions about how the site works, how it is funded or where a particular fact came from, which the page on method and sources answers first.

Commercial and partnership enquiries go to the same address.

What this address cannot do

We do not run a casino, hold any player accounts, or have access to anybody's balance, deposits, withdrawals or bonus. Nothing written to this address can affect an account at a gambling operator. We cannot look one up, unlock one, release a withdrawal or restore a closed account.

Where a deposit has not landed, a withdrawal has stalled, a bonus has not credited or an account has been restricted, the first step is the operator's own support, in writing, with every reference number kept. If that fails, the complaint goes to the regulator behind the operator's registration. In Ontario that is the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, which publishes a complaints process, and elsewhere in Canada it is the provincial body responsible for gambling in that province. This is one of the practical reasons for confirming a registration before depositing rather than afterwards.

We also cannot give legal, financial or tax advice, suggest what to stake, or tell anybody whether gambling is lawful in their particular situation. Those questions belong with a qualified professional in your own province.

Replies

We aim to answer inside a few business days. That is an intention rather than a promise, and factual corrections tend to be handled first because they affect what every other reader sees.

If gambling has stopped being fun

This address is not a support service and nobody here is qualified to run one. ConnexOntario provides free, confidential help at any hour on 1-866-531-2600 and at connexontario.ca, and every province operates a service of its own. The page about staying in control lists the account tools, the warning signs and the self-exclusion options that apply here.
