Who runs this site
This site is aviator-games.radio.fm. Questions about this notice, or about data generally, go to contact@aviator-games.radio.fm, which is the only address the site operates.
What this site collects
Directly, nothing at all. There is no registration, no sign-in, no newsletter, no comment system and no contact form. No account can be created here because there is nothing here to create an account for.
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics platform, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no fingerprinting script. There is no cookie banner because there is no consent to collect, which the cookie notice covers in full.
Hosting and the server logs
Pages are served through a hosting and content delivery provider. Like every web server, that infrastructure records technical details when a page is requested: the IP address making the request, the time, the page asked for, the referring page if the browser sends one, and the browser and operating system identification string.
Those logs exist for delivering the site, keeping it available and defending it against attacks and abuse. They are generated by the hosting provider rather than collected by us, and they are retained on that provider's own schedule. The lawful basis is a legitimate interest in running a website securely.
Nobody here reads those logs to build a picture of individual visitors, and nothing in them is combined with another source to identify anybody. There is no profile of any reader of this site anywhere, because the site contains no mechanism that would create one and no purpose that one would serve.
If you send an email
An email sent to the address above is kept for as long as it takes to deal with, plus a reasonable period in case the same subject comes up again. The content gets used only to write a reply. Nothing is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and nothing is passed on to anybody else or used for marketing.
Email arrives through an ordinary mail provider, which processes the message in the course of delivering it, exactly as it would any other correspondence. Anyone who would rather not send personal details can still report a correction without them: the page address and the sentence in question are usually all that is needed.
Links to other sites
Some links here lead elsewhere, including to gambling operators, regulators and support organizations. Links to operators are promotional and carry a label saying so, which the terms page sets out alongside the rest of the disclosure.
Once a link is followed, the destination applies its own privacy policy and its own cookies, and this notice stops applying. Operator sites in particular set cookies, run analytics and collect account data, none of which is within our knowledge or control. Reading their policies before registering is worth the few minutes it costs.
Your rights
Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, and the law of several other places readers come from, gives people rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data about them, and to complain to a privacy regulator such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Because this site holds no personal data beyond emails sent to it voluntarily, such a request will usually be answered by confirming that nothing is held.
For data sitting in the hosting provider's server logs, a request is better directed at that provider, and we will say who it is if asked. Any request to this site should go to the address above, and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Children and young people
This site is written for adults. It knowingly collects no information from children, and because it collects nothing from anybody there is nothing to delete. Gambling is restricted to adults everywhere in Canada, and the page on staying in control covers device-level blocking on shared computers and phones.
Changes to this notice
If the site ever adds something that processes data, this notice will be updated before that happens rather than afterwards, and the date at the top of the page will change with it. Questions can go through the contact page, while the page on method and sources covers how the rest of the site is maintained.
